What vehicles can I rent from TOPCAR REZ AUTOSALES?
Our rental fleet changes over time. The list on this page shows every vehicle we currently rent out and whether it is free on your dates.
How much does it cost to rent a car or van?
Each vehicle on this page shows its own daily and weekly rates.
Is pricing charged daily or weekly?
Both, depending on the vehicle and how long you need it. Where a vehicle has a weekly rate, it usually works out cheaper for longer hires.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental rate covers the use of the vehicle and the insurance cover set out in your rental agreement (subject to an excess). You are responsible for fuel, tolls and any fines incurred during the hire.
Do I need to pay a bond or security deposit?
A bond may apply — it is shown in your booking details. An insurance excess applies in the event of an accident.
What driver's licence do I need to rent a vehicle?
You must hold a current, valid driver's licence, and the name on the rental agreement must match the name on the licence.
Is there a minimum or maximum driver age?
Standard rental age requirements apply (typically 21 or older). We confirm the age requirement when we confirm your booking.
Can I use the rental vehicle for work or commercial use?
Vans and utes in our fleet suit trade work, deliveries and moving house. Let us know how you will use the vehicle when you request a booking, because some uses (such as rideshare or carrying passengers for hire) need our written agreement.
How do I book a rental vehicle online?
Choose your pick-up and return dates above, then press "Request booking" on an available vehicle and send your details. We confirm availability and the booking details with you — nothing is charged online.
Can I change or cancel my booking after it's confirmed?
Plans change. Contact TOPCAR REZ AUTOSALES as soon as possible if you need different dates or need to cancel, and we will help. Call us on 0431 044 489.
Where do I pick up and return the rental vehicle?
Pick-up and return are at our yard at 915 Logan Road, Holland Park West QLD 4121. Please arrive at your scheduled pick-up time.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
Please be on time. A late return fee applies, as set out in your rental agreement.
How much fuel do I need to return the vehicle with?
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up (and the right fuel — many vans take diesel). You are responsible for the cost of any incorrect fuel.
Are there kilometre limits on rentals?
A kilometre allowance may apply depending on the vehicle and the length of hire. Your rental agreement shows it.
Am I covered by insurance, and what is the excess?
Yes. An insurance excess applies in the event of an at-fault accident; your rental agreement shows the amount.
Can I add an additional driver to my rental?
Only the drivers named on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. Ask us before your pick-up if someone else needs to drive.
Can I take the rental vehicle interstate?
Where you can take the vehicle is set out in your rental agreement. Ask us before you travel interstate.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down or I have an accident?
Make sure everyone is safe, then contact TOPCAR REZ AUTOSALES straight away. Call us on 0431 044 489. We will arrange help for a mechanical breakdown that was not caused by misuse.
Do you offer child seats or other extras with rentals?
Ask about any extras you need when you request your booking and we will let you know what we can provide.
How is the vehicle cleaned and prepared between rentals?
Every vehicle is supplied clean and tidy. Please return it in a similar state to avoid a cleaning fee.
